Elementary School:

Saturday Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop Grades 4-5

In this Saturday workshop, elementary school boys and girls are exposed to basic cybersecurity topics, including programming, encryption, cryptography, and more. Learn more here.

Saturday Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop Grades 6-8

This workshop for middle school girls teaches them the basics of cyber safety and cybersecurity, with an emphasis on how to keep personal information secure online. Learn more here.

Cool Careers in Cybersecurity for Girls Workshop

The Maryland Cybersecurity Center and National Cyberwatch K-12 Division host hundreds of middle school girls at UMD for an interactive day where participants help solve a simulated case of identity theft and learn about many exciting career options in cybersecurity. Learn more here.

CyberSTEM Camp

In this five day camp, rising 7th and 8th grade girls learn programming, computer forensics, cryptography, and more. Learn more here.

High School:

Intermediate CyberSTEM Camp

This week long camp for 9th and 10th grade girls allows students to learn cyber forensics techniques, work with industrial programming languages, explore vulnerabilities, and more. Learn more here.

Cyber Defense Training Camp

During this seven day residential camp, rising 11th and 12th  grade boys and girls learn and apply their skills in intermediate networking, programming, hacking, and more while learning about the careers in cybersecurity and cybersecurity options at the University of Maryland. Learn more here.
